In the case of a delivery address given being incorrect or the delivery service is unable to deliver your package for justifiable reasons, the cost of redelivery of undelivered packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 7: Returns and cancellations
7.1 Returning damaged products after delivery
You are able to return products that are delivered damaged or that weren't part of your order. When we have received your returned items and they have been approved, we will process your refund.
7.2 Be fit for the purpose expected of goods of its type and where appropriate
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have ordered, you can exercise your right to withdrawal and return the product to us within 14 days of delivery date, with the compliance of the mail service.
